Niceville Valparaiso Chamber Education Committee hosted its annual
Honoring Educators Reception last Thursday. Each year the
committee holds the reception to show appreciation to our local
member Educational Support Professional and Teacher of the Year.
Each recipient is given a $50 restaurant gift certificate
sponsored by a local business. Special thanks to Okaloosa
County Teachers Federal Credit Union for sponsoring the event. Click here for more event photos!
Military Affairs Committee
The Military Affairs
Committee (MAC) hosted guest speaker SSgt Steven Wilhem, Eglin Fitness Center, Point of
Contact for the Wounded Warrior Game Team Training Camp,
at their regular meeting. The MAC is comprised of 58 individuals,
their mission is to support and enhance the relationship between
the community and the military.

Niceville Valparaiso Chamber MAC coin.

more engaged with our military neighbors and serve on the MAC
there are currently 2 openings on the MAC, additional dues
apply, interested persons should contact the Chamber at

Foundation Board of Directors
The Chamber of
Foundation Board, picture above, oversees the Chamber's
Foundation, a 501 c(3) organization. The Education Committee,
Niceville Young Professionals Committee, Capital Campaigns and
several special projects are organized through the Foundation.
Contributions made to the Foundation are tax deductible.
