This month's 7-Minute Strategy was given by Principal Charlie Marello, Niceville High School, who spoke on the importance of a focused and concise leadership message. He also updated attendees on additional security measures being taken at the school, including but not limited to a second School Resource Officer at each Okaloosa County High School.
